Customer Service Advisor – Driver Desk (20 hours per week, 5 days)
Location: Swindon – Hybrid
About The Role
Arval BNP Paribas, a global leader in vehicle leasing, manages a fleet of over 190,000 vehicles. The Driver Desk team is the first point of contact for drivers, handling phone and email queries related to booking MOTs and coordinating with our roadside assistance provider. You will receive a 5‑week training program before taking your first call.
Schedule
Mon‑Fri, 9:00–13:00 or 10:00–14:00 (part‑time, 20 hours per week)

Compensation & Benefits
Basic salary: £27,976 pro rata, plus a maximum bonus of £1,100 pro rata.
Holiday: 25 days standard, plus bank holidays, a birthday day, and optional purchase of an additional 5 days.
