Arva AI is seeking a Customer Success professional to own the end-to-end relationship with customers post-onboarding in a Central London office-based role. You will guide onboarding, drive time-to-value, and ensure successful deployment and expansion with large financial institutions.

In this role you will become the internal voice of the customer, synthesising feedback from compliance teams and translating it into actionable product insight, while partnering with Sales, Product and Engineering.
