Job Title: Site Manager
Salary: GBP50,000 + Car OR Car Allowance
Location: Herefordshire/National Projects

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a background in delivering structural or architectural steelwork projects?
Would you enjoy working for a family run business who value their employees?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a steel fabrication business, delivering projects across the agricultural and commercial sectors. You will be part of an established team who are delivering projects across the country to a wide range of different clients.
You will liaise with sales, estimating, production & installation teams to ensure a smooth, safe & profitable delivery process. Your background in the structural & architectural steelwork background will be essential as you will be expected to provide technical feedback to clients and sub contractors.
We would welcome conversations with Site Managers who:
* Possess a solid background in either the structural or architectural steelwork sectors
* Can manage large teams of sub contractors on site
* Will conduct detailed site surveys to identify any potential risks or conflicts
* Understand risk assessments, method statements & keep H&S documents up to date
* Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS certificates – Appointed Persons would be highly advantageous
* Are willing to travel to projects and stay away when required
