Role: Trainee Contracts Manager Location: Herefordshire Sector: Timber Frame Construction Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + Vehicle & Package Are you an experienced carpenter with a good working knowledge of timber frame installation? Would you enjoy stepping into a diverse role working both in the office and on site? A familiar run business within the Timber Frame market is currently recruiting for a trainee contracts manager to oversee Timber Frame installations aswell as organise all paperwork and contractual documents, lift plans and logistical requirements. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Timber Frame erector or someone with a background in project co-ordinator to begin a career within an operational role for an expanding timber frame business. The successful candidate can expect to work across 3-5 live projects at any one time overseeing operatives and sub-contractors whilst attending site meetings to ensure progress and variations are recorded and circulated to relevant parties. This would be a great opportunity for you to start your contracts management career with an expanding, close knit business.
