This role sits within a nationally operating offsite construction business with a strong reputation for technical delivery and a healthy forward order book. The Technical Coordinator exists to support the setting and maintenance of façade design and compliance standards across projects, ensuring systems are suitable for offsite manufacture and on-site installation.

Working closely with the Technical Manager, project delivery teams and façade designers, the role would suit an experienced façade professional who enjoys detailed technical assurance, coordination and problem-solving. The position offers stability, long-term development and exposure to complex façade packages across multiple projects.

As a technical coordinator you will:

  • Review and audit façade design and production drawings against contract specifications
  • Identify discrepancies, track actions and ensure technical issues are closed out
  • Provide technical checks at key milestones including design, manufacture and installation
  • Support façade designers and project teams with technical queries and coordination
  • Assist with technical submissions, approvals and O&M documentation
  • Coordinate technical sign-off activities to protect programme delivery
  • Maintain and update glazing and cladding technical specifications and libraries
