The Role:

Join a well-established and fast-growing international manufacturer of premium timber doors, door sets, and associated joinery solutions. With a reputation for design innovation, performance, and sustainability, our products are trusted by architects, contractors, and developers across 50+ countries.

As part of our UK expansion, we're seeking an Area Sales Manager to help drive new business and secure project wins through the full supply chain - from design to installation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-quality brand with strong support, industry respect, and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Win specifications and sales with architects and contractors and housing developers
  • Manage and grow accounts across your defined area.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers in the building and refurbishment market.
  • Track projects from design to delivery, ensuring seamless supply through the chain.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in specification-led sales within the construction or building products sector.
  • Strong network of contacts across contractors, developers, and distributors.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and confident communicator.
  • Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence - regular travel required.
