South East Area Sales Manager – Specification Sales (Doors & Joinery) Location: Field-based / Remote Type: Full-time, Permanent The Role: Join a well-established and fast-growing international manufacturer of premium timber doors, door sets, and associated joinery solutions. With a reputation for design innovation, performance, and sustainability, our products are trusted by architects, contractors, and developers across 50+ countries. As part of our UK expansion, we\’re seeking an Area Sales Manager to help drive new business and secure project wins through the full supply chain-from design to installation. Key Responsibilities: Win specifications and sales with architects and contractors and housing developers Manage and grow accounts across your defined area. Develop relationships with key decision-makers in the building and refurbishment market. Track projects from design to delivery, ensuring seamless supply through the chain. Meet and exceed sales targets.Requirements: Proven track record in specification-led sales within the construction or building products sector. Strong network of contacts across contractors, developers, and distributors. Self-motivated, organized, and confident communicator. Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
