Are you a site manager with experience working for a developer or main contractor? Are you seeking a 3-4 week contract role? You will be managing and overseeing the project. As part of the core site team, you can expect to work closely with subcontract labour to ensure that the project is delivered safely on time and budget. We are seeking candidates with direct experience working with a developer or main contractor as a Site Manager. You will be joining a firm with a healthy pipeline of projects across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Working on a residential project in North Devon
- Ensure all site staff are adhering to health and safety procedures
- Be actively involved in pre-start, progress and handover meetings
We would welcome conversations with candidates who:
- Hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets
- Have a strong working knowledge of full turnkey projects
