Are you a Site Manager with experience in the offsite construction industry? Are you seeking a short-term contract role? Starting on 14th July for 2 weeks?
You will be managing and overseeing the project. As part of the core site team, you can expect to work closely with subcontract labour to ensure that the project is delivered safely on time and budget. We are seeking candidates with direct experience working within the MMC sector as a Site Manager. You will be joining a firm with a healthy pipeline of projects across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Working on a project in Reading
- Ensure all site staff are adhering to health and safety procedures
- Be actively involved in pre-start, progress and handover meetings
We would welcome conversations with candidates who:
- Hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets
- Have a strong working knowledge of full turnkey projects
