Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background delivering engineered timber projects or timber frame projects? Would you enjoy working for a business delivering a wide range of projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are delivering engineered timber projects across residential & commercial sectors. You will be delivering projects for both private clients and main contractor clients up to the value of Β£2 million. Your experience in either glulam, CLT or timber frame structures will be essential as you will be expected to provide technical knowledge & feedback to sub contractors and clients to ensure a smooth & safe delivery process.
What Weβre Looking For
- Possess a background in timber structures (CLT, Glulam or Timber Frame)
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously, all at different stages
- Will work closely with internal departments including commercial, design & production
- Have experience working for main contractor clients
- Hold valid SMSTS, CSCS Black & First Aid
- Are willing to travel for projects when required and visit South Yorkshire based offices
