Architectural Designer West Midlands £30,000 - £40,000 Full Time, Permanent We are working with a specialist offsite construction business, who are looking for an Architectural Designer. This role supports the delivery of healthcare projects across the UK and internationally. The position combines architectural design with Building Information Modelling, helping to integrate modular construction solutions into the built environment. It would suit a technically proficient designer with strong Revit and BIM expertise who enjoys collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and contributing to innovative, sustainable construction projects. As an Architectural Design you will: Develop and refine architectural design concepts using digital and traditional design tools. Integrate BIM workflows across projects from concept through to construction. Create and manage 3D models, technical drawings and schedules using Revit and BIM software. Coordinate design intent with architects, engineers, consultants and M&E teams. Participate in design reviews, clash detection activities and model coordination meetings. Deliver architectural design work across healthcare and data centre facilities using offsite construction methodologies. Support technical design, detailing, procurement information production and ongoing product development through RIBA Stages 1-6.Must Haves: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Product Design or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years' experience in a design role with significant BIM exposure. Experience with clash detection and coordination software such as Navisworks.
