Job Title: Project Manager - Modular Construction

A modular construction specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the site delivery of a major volumetric modular development in London. The role will oversee installation, structural coordination and project handover, working closely with factory teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of a large-scale modular construction project from manufacture through to handover
- Coordinate module production, transport and site installation programmes.
- Oversee lifting operations, crane activities and installation sequencing.
- Manage structural interfaces including embed plates, steel connections and welding works.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, CDM regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections, defect management and final project handover.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, logistics providers and site teams.
Experience Required
- Proven Project Management experience within modular or high rise construction
- Experience delivering large-scale residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects
- Strong understanding of lifting operations, logistics and installation methodologies
- Knowledge of structural steel connections, welding and temporary works
- Familiarity with UK Building Regulations and CDM requirements
- SMSTS and CSCS Manager Card preferred
