Due to growth, we are looking to speak to experienced Project Managers to join a specialist timber manufacturing business delivering complex glulam structures for projects across the UK. As a Project Manager you will manage projects from order through manufacture and installation, ensuring designs are buildable, programmes are maintained and installations are delivered safely and to specification. This role would suit a project manager or site-based professional with strong construction knowledge who is looking for a stable, office-led role while retaining regular site involvement. The opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of project values and types, alongside close collaboration with design, manufacturing and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from order through manufacture and final installation
  • Coordinate site activities, installers and subcontractors across UK projects
  • Review tender and contract information to identify buildability and programme risks
  • Work closely with engineers and draughting teams to ensure practical, buildable designs
  • Manage procurement of materials and monitor supplier lead times
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing programme and commercial discussions
  • Prepare, review and implement RAMS and site documentation
  • Oversee installation quality, safety compliance and adherence to specifications
