As a Pre-Construction Manager you will:
- Act as the main technical point of contact for key clients and design professionals.
- Translate architect's drawings and client briefs into clear, accurate design instructions.
- Coordinate internal design and technical activities, including compliance with HSEQ and CDM regulations.
- Support project planning, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and well-informed.
- Monitor project specifications, ensuring clarity and consistency across all documentation.
