We are working with a company with a wide presence in housing developments who have a growing team in Peterborough, now seeking to increase their team of Timber Frame Designers.
Do you have:
- Excellent understanding of technical drawings and construction design
- 5 years or more designing timber frame
- Good Revit skills and/or specialist design software experience (e.g. hsbCAD, Mitek, Wolf, Consultec etc)
- Confidence in picking up new software
As a Timber Frame Designer, you will be:
- Working on several projects running concurrently
- Preparing designs of walls, floors and roofs
- Providing specialist technical information to your colleagues in production, scheduling and site teams
- Ensuring accurate and buildable designs in line with design and warranty requirements and structural engineering information provided
- Resolving technical and architectural queries
