A leading timber frame manufacturing company specialising in the design and production of structural timber systems for residential construction is seeking a Timber Frame Designer to support ongoing growth and project demand. This role focuses on the design of timber frame wall panels and collaboration with production and client teams. It would suit candidates with experience in timber frame design or those with a strong technical aptitude and interest in construction who are keen to develop within a growing sector offering long-term progression.

As a Timber Frame Designer you will:

  • Design timber frame wall systems in line with project specifications
  • Produce accurate production drawings for manufacturing
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients to clarify requirements
  • Develop drawings for both new and existing projects
  • Ensure designs meet safety, structural and manufacturing criteria
  • Support project delivery through effective communication and coordination
