Are you a construction site manager with modular building experience? Are you available for 14 weeks work from March 2026? We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a number of short-term modular building projects across our sites. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone used to working in fast-paced environments and delivering high-quality modular builds on tight programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
- Maintaining site records and compliance documentation
- Liaising with project managers and clients
- Proven experience in modular building projects
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS qualification
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures
- Ability to manage short-term, fast-turnaround projects
