Are you a construction site manager with modular building experience? Are you available for 12 weeks work in February 2026? We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a number of short‑term modular building projects across our sites. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone used to working in fast‑paced environments and delivering high‑quality modular builds on tight programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
- Maintaining site records and compliance documentation
- Liaising with project managers and clients
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in modular building projects
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS qualification
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and site procedures
- Ability to manage short‑term, fast‑turnaround projects
