Location: Fully Remote (Scotland & Ireland territory)

Salary: up to £65k (DOE)

Discretionary Bonus

Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Friday (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

Benefits: Company car/car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension (3% employer / 5% employee)

Probation: 3-6 months

Reporting to: Sales Director

The Role

An experienced Technical Sales professional is required to drive new business and manage existing accounts across Scotland and Ireland within the cold rolled steel sector. This is a fully remote position with regular travel for customer meetings and internal sales meetings. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, preparing estimates and quotations from GA drawings, securing orders, and ensuring projects are delivered and paid in line with agreed terms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' sales experience in steel fabrication or related construction/fabrication sectors
  • Technical understanding of steel-framed and pre-fabricated systems
  • Experience in estimating from GA drawings
  • Excellent territory and time management
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
