Maintenance Manager Essex based with UK-wide travel c£50,000 car allowance Full-time | Permanent A leading UK healthcare infrastructure provider is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across mobile and modular medical facilities supporting NHS and private healthcare clients nationwide. As a Maintenance Manager you will: Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities Lead and develop the maintenance team Oversee subcontractors, compliance and site inspections Review audits and implement corrective actions Support clinical and project teams to minimise disruption to patient care Manage maintenance budgets and out-of-hours emergency response About you: Minimum 5 years\’ experience in maintenance management IOSH qualified (essential) Healthcare, facilities management, modular or mobile environment experience (desirable) Strong knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and MEP/building services Proven leadership, subcontractor and budget management experience What\’s on offer: Competitive salary and benefits Nationally impactful role supporting critical healthcare services Values-driven, collaborative working environmentInterested?
