The Role

We\’re looking for an experienced Estimator to take ownership of tender submissions and pre-construction planning. You\’ll:

• Prepare accurate quotations, scopes of work, and construction sequencing programmes.
• Analyse risks, perform take-offs, and conduct post-tender reviews.
• Negotiate costs with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Build strong relationships with teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.

About You

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in construction or fit-out estimating.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
• Confident with Microsoft Office; Eque2 Evaluate & MS Project experience is a bonus.
