We are acting on behalf of a well-established architectural practice that is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team on a fully remote basis, working from anywhere in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional looking for flexible, remote work on a range of live architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing detailed technical drawings and construction packages
- Preparing planning and building regulations drawings
- Working closely with architects and consultants remotely
- Amending and coordinating drawings throughout project stages
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician within the UK
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High attention to detail and strong technical capability
