In addition, you will assist teams with project delivery and promotion, working closely with the marketing team to support activities across social media platforms. You will provide day‑to‑day support to the team, taking into account holidays, absences, and wellbeing as the team evolves. This includes supporting new starters through their induction, ensuring a smooth and positive experience, as well as organising social and staff events.
