The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Transport Group in a pivotal support role that will shape how our teams operate and engage with clients. As the ‘go to’ person within the team, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and producing high-quality deliverables. From supporting high-profile projects to coordinating internal processes, your contributions will directly influence our success. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, assist with bids and marketing efforts, and help onboard new team members—all while promoting best practices and driving continuous improvement. Requirements
- Proven Experience: Solid background in a similar support role, ideally within professional services or a multidisciplinary environment, with familiarity in standard office administrative procedures.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Digital & Technical Proficiency: Confident user of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI, with a keen interest in digital working and process improvement.
- Organisational Excellence: Highly organised and self-motivated, with strong planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative Mindset: A reliable team player who thrives in collaborative environments and contributes to a supportive, high-performing team culture.
