As part of this team, you'll play an important role in translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging and user‑centred content, supporting product adoption, knowledge sharing and the continual improvement of our digital products and services.
The role offers opportunities to broaden your skills beyond technical documentation, developing expertise in content strategy, accessibility, user‑centred design, knowledge management and emerging AI‑enabled ways of working. Key responsibilities of the role:- Own and maintain documentation, guidance and learning resources for one or more digital products and services.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise and user‑centred content for a range of audiences.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, researchers and subject‑matter experts throughout the product lifecycle.
- Advise product teams on content requirements and contribute to content‑related decisions that improve the user experience.
- Create and maintain user guides, online help, release notes, interface content and knowledge resources.
- Champion documentation standards, accessibility and content best practice.
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes, tools and ways of working, including the responsible use of AI.
