The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to help steer and/or manage a diverse range of water engineering projects within our major client portfolios. We are looking for colleagues who are passionate about technical excellence and providing an outstanding service to our clients. You will join our Energy, Water & Resources team, preferably located in London, but we will consider locations as far as Bristol, Winchester, Leeds, or Solihull. You will technically lead and/or manage projects to suit your individual skill set and preferred development needs, allowing you the opportunity to learn and grow your career.

Is this role right for you?
Within this role, you will build, maintain, and manage strong, long-term relationships within Arup and with our clients and stakeholders. You will have a desire to share knowledge and proactively mentor and manage teams and individuals.
We are seeking the following skills and knowledge:
- Experience of successfully leading teams and managing multi-disciplinary projects to ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines and budgets.
- Previous experience working in the Water sector.
- A good knowledge of quality assurance systems and various management tools.
Ideally, you will hold Chartered status from your discipline’s institution.
