The Opportunity
We are looking for talented People and Change consultants who are looking to grow their career in the infrastructure sector.
Based in the North of England or Scotland, you will join a growing Advisory practice which is specialising in helping drive change and transformation across organisations operating across the built environment, predominantly in Water, Energy, Transport and Nuclear sector.
You will be responsible for leading small delivery teams of technical specialists and junior consultants as part of an integrated programme or project team. You will manage the delivery timetable and budget, and quality assure the work, working closely with the senior project/programme leader.

You will be responsible for managing the day to day deliverables, listening and understanding our client needs and responding appropriately and pro-actively to feedback.
These exciting opportunities will suit experienced consultants who are keen to take the next step in their leadership development journey. You will have the opportunity to work in the North of England with a diverse group of clients and fellow Arup colleagues from multiple technical disciplines. One role will be based in Glasgow (potential for Edinburgh) and the other role will be based in Leeds or Manchester.

Requirements:
- Typically, a degree and/or extensive experience in business or related discipline (HR, change management, management consulting or occupational psychology).
- Chartered or working towards chartership/considering becoming a Chartered Management Consultant.
- A background in a consulting or in-house environment with experience in two or more of our technical areas (team effectiveness & collaboration, leadership & capability, culture & organisational change, operating model & organisation development).
- Project management and delivery skills including financial and risk management.
- Capability in developing business proposals for clients by understanding their requirements and drawing together expertise from a multi-disciplinary firm.
