Arup is seeking a Senior Consultant in Human Factors to lead and deliver projects across rail, aviation and energy, applying expert methods in complex engineering environments. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, mentor others and help grow our Human Factors capability.
You'll build strong client relationships, drive proposals, and oversee work packages including planning, reporting and day-to-day consultancy activities, while championing Human Factors in design and decision-making.
