Arup seeks an Associate Director to lead the Site Development team across the Northern Geography—Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Belfast—with the majority of time in Newcastle. You will shape strategy, mentor teams and drive complex masterplanning, infrastructure and data centre projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary groups.
You will guide senior leaders, manage client relationships with developers and local authorities, champion sustainability, and expand Arup’s market presence.
