Have experience of working in a generalist People focused role in a similar organisation with detailed knowledge of people best practices, processes and systems.

Have experience of supporting the business with complex employee relations cases including performance management.

Can provide complex People related advice to managers with confidence and self-belief.

Have working knowledge of UK employment law, with the ability to identify, explain and strategize to mitigate legal, reputational, and financial risk.

Hold CIPD membership and can evidence own continuous professional development.
