Enterprise Architect in Nottingham

We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our Architecture Service within Arup. You will work at a strategic level to provide leadership in creating, maintaining and communicating the firm’s Digital Technology Strategy. You will play a key role in the firm’s most significant enterprise-wide digital programmes and projects to ensure that the architectures designed and delivered are aligned with its business vision and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Working as part of the Architecture team, and Digital Technology as a whole, you will be accountable for the delivery of significant and complex enterprise architecture activities or projects.
• You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineers and developers to prepare architectural design documents and other artifacts that achieve design goals at an advanced level.
• Identify architecture driven improvement to continually improve service quality and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar area.
• Relevant Enterprise Architecture & Solution Architecture experience within a consulting business environment.
• Proficient in Enterprise Architecture modelling and diagramming software.

Relevant Experience In

• Architecting solutions (TOGAF a preference) with a concentrated focus on infrastructure, security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contributing to strategic initiatives.
• Architecture modelling tools, techniques and processes, and an awareness of relevant industry techniques.
• Senior stakeholder management.
