The Opportunity
We're looking for talented Civil Engineers at mid‑and‑senior levels to join our thriving teams in Birmingham and Nottingham.
Whether you're ready to lead projects or further develop your expertise, you'll be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your ideas, experience and unique perspective truly matter.
Scope of Work
Depending on your experience and interests, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions across areas such as alignment and geometrical design, drainage design, pavement design, utilities coordination, earthworks and multidisciplinary coordination.
Projects span aviation, highways/streets, and wider site development.
- Key Qualifications
- Qualification in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience) with a strong track record in design and delivery of civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of relevant design standards, legislation and industry guidance, and the ability to apply them effectively in project delivery.
- Experience leading projects, workstreams or teams, driving successful outcomes through effective planning and coordination.
- Passion for developing others through coaching, mentoring and people leadership.
- Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of industry‑standard CAD software such as Auto CAD and Micro Station.
- Experience using civil engineering design tools such as Info Drainage, Micro Drainage, Open Roads Designer and Civil3D.
- Professional Development
- Chartered, Incorporated, or actively working toward professional accreditation with a relevant institution, such as the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
