We are looking for a Town Planner to support the delivery of a wide range of planning projects and help shape sustainable development across the UK. In this role:
- Support and manage planning applications and development projects, including major and complex schemes.
- Contribute to policy development, plan-making and urban regeneration initiatives.
- Prepare and contribute to high-quality planning reports, statements and technical documents.
- Support major infrastructure schemes, including NSIPs and National Developments.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Town Planning (or related discipline) and RTPI membership (or working towards).
- Experience contributing to planning applications and development management projects.
- Strong understanding of UK planning legislation, policy and guidance.
- Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, high-quality outputs.
