Overview

In this role you will coordinate CRM and other client-systems initiatives across regions, supporting the CRM Programme Manager with planning, governance and testing. You’ll maintain plans, track progress, and help produce clear updates for stakeholders. You will bridge technical and business teams, coordinate user testing and releases, and contribute to smooth implementation and adoption. Responsibilities

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers and delivery records (e.g., Microsoft Planner)
  • Organise meetings/workshops, prepare materials and record actions/decisions
  • Follow up actions, risks, issues and dependencies and escalate delivery concerns
  • Prepare project updates, status reports and delivery documentation
  • Coordinate user testing including test scripts, participant arrangements, progress tracking and results
  • Support CRM releases, pilots, system improvements and implementation activities
  • Coordinate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Support project communications, training logistics and user-adoption activities
  • Undertake data checks and basic analysis to support delivery priorities

Key requirements

  • Experience supporting delivery of projects/programmes in a structured PM environment
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management tools, preferably Microsoft Dynamics365
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate meetings, testing activities and delivery milestones with clear communication
  • Experience preparing high-quality project documentation and status reports
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
