The Opportunity
We are looking for Mechanical Building Services Engineers at all levels to join our growing teams and contribute to a wide variety of exciting, technically challenging & cutting-edge projects across sectors including Rail, Science & Industry, Education, Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare.
Whether you\’re early in your career or bring years of experience, you\’ll have the opportunity to shape sustainable, efficient, and innovative mechanical systems that support the functionality and wellbeing of diverse environments. From feasibility studies and detailed design to completion, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that make a real impact.
We would be interested in hearing from Building Services Engineers at all seniority levels who have experience in the following areas:
- Multi-disciplinary projects across a variety of sectors – collaborate across engineering and architectural teams to design and integrate efficient, sustainable, and technically robust mechanical systems tailored to the unique demands of diverse sectors
- Data Centres & Mission Critical Projects – designing and delivering resilient HVAC, ventilation, and environmental control systems that ensure operational continuity, safety, and compliance with stringent performance and regulatory standards.
- Decarbonisation Strategies – developing strategies for both new and existing assets including life-cycle carbon and costing optioneering assessments, using and developing analytical tools and economic models to optimise asset energy, carbon and financial performance
- Coding / Digital – leveraging software development and automation tools to enhance the design, simulation, and performance analysis of mechanical systems, enabling smarter, more efficient solutions across complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Are these roles right for you?
We are looking to speak to people who:
- Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Architectural Engineering. You will either be chartered, working towards chartership or be keen to work for a company who will support you through your chartership journey.
- Have a demonstrable background in the field of mechanical building services design with knowledge and interest in sustainable building design in terms of both energy and carbon.
- Are proficient in BIM environments, particularly using Revit, and have experience with dynamic thermal modelling (preferably IES).
- Demonstrate strong Leadership & Strategic Leadership skills (Senior / Principal levels) to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects and manage project teams; provide technical oversight, quality assurance, and strategic direction and support business development, client engagement & innovation in sustainable and digital engineering.
- Have commercial awareness and experience in predicting, planning and managing resource requirements to achieve financial targets
