Overview
In this role you apply organisational transformation and people & organisations insights to deliver complex client engagements, improving performance of organisations and their people. You will work within the North Advisory People & Organisations team in Leeds or Manchester, diagnosing challenges and turning analysis into practical change recommendations. You’ll design diagnostics and workshops, manage client relationships, and contribute to proposals and methodology development. The role blends delivery, collaboration, and capability building within a values-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver larger/complex components of projects within organisational development, culture & change, leadership, or team effectiveness
- Design and run diagnostics and workshops grounded in theory and practice
- Build and manage client and internal relationships to support delivery
- Contribute to proposals, work-winning and network building
- Deliver work to scope, quality and commercial expectations; contribute to methodologies and tools within the practice
Key requirements
- Degree in a relevant discipline; working towards professional accreditation (e.g., CIPD, BPS)
- Experience in consulting or in-house roles across at least two People & Organisation capability areas
- Analytical capability with use of recognised research and data analysis approaches
