Opportunities
As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for talented Commercial Managers to help us deliver work that shapes connected, resilient and sustainable communities. As a Commercial Manager, you’ll take on a project‑embedded commercial role supporting the effective commercial delivery of transport and wider infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and senior commercial colleagues, you’ll manage contract administration, variations, cost control and reporting — ensuring every project meets its contractual, financial and governance commitments. You’ll support both live project delivery and bid activity, with opportunities to expand your skills in NEC contracts, earned value management, risk management and change control. This is an ideal role for individuals with a Quantity Surveying or client‑facing commercial background who want to grow their expertise within a leading professional services consultancy.

Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Project Management or a related field.
- Relevant experience delivering commercial or QS support on infrastructure projects.
- Experience administering NEC contracts (especially NEC PSC) and supporting compensation events, variations or claims.
- Strong cost control and commercial reporting skills, with solid Excel capability and familiarity with open‑book consultancy models.
- Experience managing sub‑consultants, drafting or reviewing scope and fee schedules.
- Knowledge of forecasting, earned value management, risk management or project controls.
