The International Mobility team plays a crucial role as an enabler of our strategic ambition, providing expert and efficient services and helping to ensure that we have the right capabilities in the right location, in the right quantity, and at the right time. As the Regional Mobility Lead for UKIMEA and Europe, you will deliver high-quality, compliant, and innovative mobility solutions across the region. You will collaborate with a range of colleagues to drive operational excellence and help shape the development and delivery of the roadmap for a transformed, elevated mobility proposition.
This role reports to the Global Head of International Mobility.
The Opportunity
- Lead operational delivery of global mobility in the region, driving improvement in process design and execution.
- Use AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance ways of working and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Apply deep subject matter expertise to enable mobility, mitigate risk and create solutions to complex challenges.
- Lead and coach a small regional mobility team, building enhanced capabilities and depth of expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex mobility cases, applying specialist knowledge to identify and mitigate risk in creating solutions.
- Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and employment regulations across jurisdictions.
- Build relationships with business stakeholders at all levels and represent International Mobility in relevant forums.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support broader business and people team priorities, including workforce planning, leadership development and regional integration.
- Assess performance against mobility programme metrics.
- Create and implement initiatives to course correct as needed.
- Inform the vision and roadmap for a transformed, elevated mobility proposition; develop and deliver initiatives to motivate change aligned to the roadmap.
