We currently have an exciting opportunity for a PMO specialist to join our established and growing Programme & Project Management (PPM) team, based in London on a hybrid basis.

Role Overview

As a Principal PMO Consultant, you will support the delivery of PMO and P3O services across complex projects, programmes and portfolios. You will bring strong capability in governance, reporting, controls, assurance and integrated project controls, helping clients and teams put in place effective delivery frameworks and make confident decisions.

This role will suit someone with experience in PMO, project controls or programme support within complex delivery environments, who enjoys working with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for designing, mobilising and day‑to‑day delivery of PMO and P3O services across projects, programmes and portfolios. You will combine strong organisation, clear communication and a collaborative approach with the ability to apply PMO good practice in a practical and delivery‑focused way.

Key responsibilities

  • Applying PMO good practice in governance, reporting, assurance and integrated controls to support effective decision‑making, including establishing and maintaining PMO processes covering planning, risk, change, actions, dependencies and performance reporting.
  • Supporting the integration of schedule, cost, risk and other project controls disciplines within wider PMO arrangements.
  • Working with clients and delivery teams to understand requirements and help shape practical, fit‑for‑purpose PMO solutions.
  • Producing clear reporting and insights for clients, stakeholders and governance forums, using data and digital tools effectively.
  • Building working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and contributing to consistent, high‑quality PMO service delivery.
