You would be joining a multidisciplinary team with a road and rail focus; we provide expertise across digital, systems, operations and infrastructure advice to help our clients think differently.

The Opportunity:

  • Graduate role with opportunity to try out different technical disciplines;
  • Be part of shaping the world's most high-profile transport projects, and advancing governments' ambitious infrastructure agendas;
  • Chance to learn how to give technical advice about road systems, in particular the strategic highway network, rail systems and intelligent mobility systems;
  • Using your expertise to provide technical advice across major transport project portfolio, this may include undertaking analysis (such as cost benchmarking) and presenting findings to senior stakeholders;
  • Supporting the team's wider needs as required, such as report writing, managing small tasks, interacting with our clients (local and central government, developers, contractors, other consultants) and working as part of a team.

For This Opportunity, We Are Seeking The Following:

  • A 2:1 Bachelor's degree or higher in: Civil engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electronic and communications engineering, Geography, Economics, GIS or similar;
  • Strong communication skills, looking to make a significant impact in the public and private sector;
  • Be able to hone and apply your technical skills to influence some of Europe's largest transport infrastructure schemes;
  • Have an appreciation of innovative and technically complex infrastructure projects;
  • Possess experience of generating evidence-based reports and presentations and communicating their findings to technical and non-technical audiences at a senior level;
  • Have experience of producing high quality written work and strong verbal communication skills, which communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to a range of audiences;
  • Be able to apply technical skills and judgment within a policy context and demonstrating your commitment to promoting the engineering profession.
