The OpportunityJoin Arup University as our Skills Programme Coordinator and play a key role in delivering our global Skills Programme—connecting 17,000+ colleagues across 54 technical networks worldwide. You'll help strengthen technical excellence, support innovation and ensure the firm remains future-ready. Coordinate day-to-day delivery of the Global Skills ProgrammeManage schedules, milestones and programme documentationSupport global collaboration across regions and time zonesAct as a key point of contact for Skills Leaders and networksOrganise meetings, workshops and eventsPrepare presentations, communications and updatesTrack data, maintain records and support governanceContribute to improving processes, tools and programme efficiencyIs This Role Right for You? Experience in programme, project or coordination roles—ideally within a professional services, education or knowledge-based environmentStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneouslyExperience supporting global or cross-functional initiatives, ideally within a matrix environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging materialsConfidenct working with data, trackers and programme documentationExperience organising meetings, workshops or events, including logistics and follow-upsA collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently while supporting senior colleaguesHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to keeping activities on trackProficiency in digital collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Excel)What We Offer youAt Arup, we care about each member's success, so we can grow together.
