The Opportunity

Join Arup’s Finance Systems Transformation Programme—a global initiative delivering Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM to modernise finance, unify data, and enhance decision-making across the organisation. As a Business Change Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of change and engagement activities, ensuring the business is ready to adopt new systems, processes and ways of working. You’ll work across Finance and the wider business, helping drive successful, large-scale transformation.

What You’ll Do

  • Support delivery of the change management strategy across the programme
  • Coordinate change plans, reporting and governance activities
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across Finance and the wider business
  • Deliver change impact assessments across processes, roles and systems
  • Support role mapping and transition to Oracle Fusion ways of working
  • Coordinate training schedules, communications and materials
  • Manage and support the Change Champion network
  • Monitor business readiness and operational readiness for go-live
  • Support early life support and benefits realisation post-implementation

Is This Role Right for You?

  • Proven experience managing business change in large scale Oracle Fusion Finance programmes
  • Demonstrable experience delivering Operational Readiness
  • Proven experience in creating Training schedules for Oracle Fusion Finance programmes
  • Demonstrable experience in managing Early Life support post Oracle Fusion Finance Programmes
  • Proven experience in collating collateral for Change Champion Networks calls
  • Experience in creating communications for Oracle Fusion Finance programmes
  • Hands on experience in mapping legacy system roles to Oracle Fusion
  • Familiarity with organisational change models (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Experience working within complex, multi workstream transformation programmes
