The Opportunity: Drive success in securing high-value opportunities. We’re looking for a Bid Manager for a 12 month interim FTC assignment to support strategic bid activities across our Property, Science, Industry, Technology, and Social Infrastructure (PSI) Portfolio. Working alongside the Work Winning Lead, this pivotal role will help shape and implement work-winning strategies, manage resources, and champion best practice to improve efficiency and win rates. The Bid Manager will apply their proven expertise in the following areas of work:

  • Support the PSI BD team’s day-to-day resource planning and opportunity pipeline.
  • Drive development and delivery of priority pursuits and high-quality bid submissions.
  • Provide strategic input on major bids, ensuring client-focused proposals and competitive win strategies.
  • Promote best practice bidding techniques (APMP and Arup's 12 Steps) across the portfolio.
  • Monitor and report on work-winning performance, driving continuous improvement.
