The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Senior Advisor to partner with business leaders, project managers and technical teams to drive excellence in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) across our operations and projects.
In this influential role, you will provide expert guidance, promote best practice, ensure compliance, and help embed a culture of continual improvement, safety and sustainability.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will support project delivery, business growth and operational performance through effective HSEQ leadership.
Partner with project teams and business leaders to embed HSEQ best practice and support successful project delivery.
Provide expert advice on health, safety, quality and environmental requirements for projects, bids, facilities and operational activities.
Lead and support audits, inspections, risk assessments and compliance activities, ensuring actions are effectively implemented and tracked.
Analyse HSEQ data, identify trends and risks, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
Coordinate HSEQ training, competency development and awareness programmes.
Promote and maintain quality, environmental and health & safety management systems across the business.
Support incident investigations, emergency preparedness, business continuity planning and contractor management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, embracing digital tools and innovative ways of working.
Champion sustainability objectives and support the integration of environmental best practice into business operations and projects.
Professional qualification in Quality, Health & Safety, or Environmental Management.
Experience providing HSEQ advice within a project, engineering, construction or professional services environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement, coaching and influencing skills.
Specialist expertise in high-risk activities or related HSEQ areas would be advantageous.
