We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our North Advisory Portfolio. The role supports leaders and teams across a 12-month period, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and key activities delivered on time. This position may be based in Leeds or Manchester on a hybrid basis.

The PA will manage diaries, meetings, and logistics, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and capturing actions. Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a key point of contact
  • Coordinating communications
  • Building effective relationships across the business
  • Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Supporting reporting and information management
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong knowledge of office administration practices and procedures with a strong digital capability, including proficiency in common office software and collaboration tools
  • Flexible and adaptable, highly organised with strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive stakeholder relationships and enhance the reputation of the business
  • Level 4 qualification in Business Administration and Management (or equivalent experience/qualifications) is desirable
