Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and design.
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
  • Conduct environmental assessments and studies to identify potential impacts and develop mitigation measures.
  • Build relationships with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and clients to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Provide expert advice on environmental policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the implementation of environmental management plans and compliance with EIA conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Full membership of an appropriate institute (e.g., Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (IEMA) or equivalent) or willingness to register.
  • Professional experience in environmental consulting.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects across various sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
