As a People Operations Partner, you’ll work closely with Group Leaders across our Midlands and West portfolios PS&I, EWR & CPD to deliver our people strategy and enhance member experience. You’ll be a trusted advisor, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative partner who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment. If you’re someone who can influence senior leaders, champion wellbeing and inclusion, and bring data-driven insights to the table, this could be your next great move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of projects aligned with the business and people strategy in partnership with the People Partner – Midlands and West Georgraphy.
  • Coach and challenge leaders to improve performance and make data-informed decisions.
  • Own the delivery of cyclical People programmes (e.g. salary reviews, talent planning, appraisals, early careers).
  • Translate region-wide People strategy into actionable plans for local teams.
  • Partner with Global Centres of Expertise (COEs) to lead people-related projects and support Wellbeing and CEI strategies.
  • Share best practices and learnings across the People Team.
  • Influence from a portfolio perspective within the wider People Operations Partner team.
