We are looking for people who would like to join our community of Architects in a mission to Shape a Better World. Our projects span various sectors, including transport, sport, science and industry, commercial buildings, and social infrastructure. We work closely with Arup's unparalleled range of engineers and specialists to create the most beneficial outcome for our clients, society, and the planet.

Arup University and our Foresight and Innovation team allow us to differentiate our services and encourage individuals to follow their passions in their work. Our teams have access to state-of-the-art digital tools, and the flexibility to work from home for up to 3 days each week.

You will join a vibrant, diverse, multidisciplinary office. Working directly with the Architecture Leader, you will provide strong design and project leadership through all stages of project development in a range of “Total Architecture”, multidisciplinary projects and support the growth and development of the team.

The Following Is Expected For The Part 2 Graduate:

  • Part 1 RIBA accredited Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
  • Part 2 RIBA accredited 2 years master or equivalent
  • Demonstrates design flair with both creative and analytical skills, 3D thinking and ability to draw by hand alongside knowledge of relevant design and visualisation software applications
  • Highly motivated, proactive with a passion for learning new skills in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment
  • Communicative, Curious, Collaborative, Conceptual Thinker, Collegiate with excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Interested in sustainability and climate change resilience
