Arup in London seeks an experienced Real Estate Project Manager on a 2 Year Fixed Term Contract to lead workplace projects across our portfolio.
You will manage refurbishments, fit-outs, relocations and office upgrades from concept to handover.
You will coordinate Real Estate, Workplace, Digital Technology, HSEQ, Finance and Procurement, with governance-led processes and a focus on sustainability and stakeholder engagement.
A strong background in Real Estate delivery is essential.
