The Opportunity
The Global Payroll Transformation Manager will support in the successful delivery of all Payroll transformation projects globally with particular focus on the UKIMEA, Europe and Americas regions.
Existing Delivery Model as Global Payroll Transformation Manager, you’ll lead the charge in assessing and refining the current delivery landscape—particularly across the UKIMEA, Europe, and Americas regions. Your focus will be on thoroughly documenting existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and championing continuous improvements throughout the global payroll delivery teams. By driving enhancements across both domestic and mobility payroll life cycles, you\'ll ensure operational excellence and consistency. This role also involves managing contributions from internal and external stakeholders, as well as navigating key dependencies that influence the overall transformation.
Future Delivery Model Looking ahead, you will play a critical role in reshaping the payroll ecosystem into a more unified and scalable delivery model. Working alongside the Global Head of Payroll, you\'ll help operationalise the global payroll strategy—evolving from a fragmented in-country and multi-vendor setup to a streamlined, strategic framework. You\'ll act as the payroll subject matter expert for the global Cloud HCM implementation, supporting systems and processes that enable long-term success. Is The Role Right for You?
We’re interested in speaking with people who have experience in the following:
Payroll transformation experience across multiple countries, including standardisation of processes and documenting requirements
Implementing a payroll managed service, vendor consolidation or new country set ups
Understanding of global payroll environments and processes
Strong understanding of payroll systems and third-party service providers, complemented by expertise in HR system integrations—ideally with Oracle EBS or Fusion.
Proactively monitoring overall progress of transformation, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
Familiar with risk and issue management processes
Proven ability to manage global stakeholders, collaborate across corporate and business teams, and lead transformation meetings to gather requirements and track progress within cross-functional virtual environments.
